The Espson Rep working hard for that long would seem to indicate that these darn computers are maybe passing a point where we serve them rather than they serve us.

Auto-off : Set the amount of time before your printer shuts off. Network Settings : Change or configure your network settings. Scan to Computer : Enables the scan to computer feature so you can scan from the front panel of your printer, and then automatically send the output to your computer.
HP Support : Access online troubleshooting and support information. Make sure your printer is listed, and then click Continue to be sent to your printer's HP Support web page.
